Today marks a significant milestone in the history of Ile-Ife, particularly for the esteemed soons and daughters of Moore Quarters, under the leadership of our Baba Obajio, His Royal Majesty, Oba Akande Elugbaju (Oranmuyiwa III). Congratulations Kabiyesi.

I wish to express my deepest gratitude to our most revered father, His Imperial Majesty, Kabiyesi Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi (Ojaja II), Ooni of Ife, for his unwavering passion for the peace, progress and prosperity and development of Ile-Ife.

Kabiyesi, your steadfast support and love for the Ajilesoro Foundation and the wider Obalufon Royal House have played a pivotal role in the realization of our objectives of restoration and preservation of our cultural and traditional heritage of which this magnificent edifice for Ajo Moore and others alike a part of. Long reign Kabiyesi Oonirisa.

As Ifes, we are proud of our significant, supernatural and shared heritage that attest to the prime position Ife occupies not only in Yoruba Culture and Traditions; but the entire black race worldwide.

I like to extend my sincere appreciation to Hon. Rotimi Makinde, who envisioned and initiated this project; and to all the sons and daughters of Moore Quarters for their trust and the opportunity given to us to complete this structure.

May God bless our collective visions and aspiration for Ife Land; and may our future be blessed with peace, prosperity, unity and development as we journey forward together.
