It’s a great honour to stand before your today as we gather for the commissioning of this remarkable edifice, a monumental gift that’s symbolizes both generosity and vision for the future. This is not just a structure made of bricks and mortar; it’s a lasting legacy that’s will serve the community for generations to come.


I am therefore happy and delighted to rejoice with HRM Oba Akande Elugbaju Oramuyiwa III (Obajio) and the entire illustrious sons and daughters of Moore Quarters, both home and abroad.
First and foremost, I would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to our Kabiyesi, the Arole Oodua, Ojaja II, Oo I Agbaye, Olori Alade Gbogbo Oba, His Imperial Majesty Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, who has provided a solid platform for u to leverage in achieving this success. I would also like to express our deep gratitude to he generous donor, the Ajilesoro Foundation, whose foresight and kindness have made this day possible. This edifice represents a significant investment not only in infrastructure but in the development and progress of our community. The contribution reflects the donor’s unwavering commitment to improving lives and building a better tomorrow, for which we are deeply grateful.


This building is more than just a physical space, it will serve as a hub for growth, collaboration, and innovation. Whether it will be used for education, healthcare, administration, or any other viral purpose, it’s impact will be profound. It will provide a platform for people to come together, share ideas, and work towards common goals. It will create opportunities for empowerment, knowledge sharing, and service to society.


As we commission this edifice today, we are reminded that such generosity is a testament to the spirit of community- a spirit that thrives on partnership, mutual respect, an the desire to uplift one another. This is a tangible representation of what we can achieve when we come together for a greater good.


I must also take this opportunity to recognize the hard work and dedication of everyone who has been involved in the planning, construction, renovation, and execution of this project. In this regard, I salute and honor my brother, Hon. Rotimi Makinde, whom I can rightly call the visionary who initiated this project. Together, we have consolidated efforts to see it through to this beautiful completion. From the architects and engineers to the labourers and volunteers, your contributions are invaluable, and we thank you for bringing this vision to life.
To our esteemed leaders and guests here today, your presence signifies the importance of this moment, and we are honoured to have you with us. Your support is crucial as we continue to build a society that prioritizes development and progress.
In closing, let this monumental edifice be a reminder that, together we can achieve great things. Let is stand as a beacon of hope, unity, and progress for all. As we commission this building, we do so with the hope that it will inspire future generations to give back, serve, and to leave a positive mark on the world.
